Milford, UT + 40 miles to Baker, NV – 51.87 miles, 12.7 mph, 1497 ft elevation gain

Fantastic day. 51+ miles today. Cooler temps. Please keep praying these temps stay down. We made it to Nevada and are about 15 miles into the state. We are hunkered down in Baker. Not much here. BIG climbs tomorrow though. This will be my story all across Nevada.

We toured Great Basin National Park. It’s beautiful.

I met 2 youngsters crossing the country headed for New York this morning. First cross country bikers in all of Utah. Martin and Jen. Martin is from France and Jen …New York. They have an awesome love story.

Farmers. We now have seen 11 dead cows. Simply tragic. And NO I am not taking pictures. Yuck! But I do have a question. In my photos you will see 2 distinctly different “grazing” opportunities for the cattle. Do cows taste different by what they eat???

In other news we have now finished another state and STILL only 5 Biden posters? Tons of Trump support. Someone help me understand how Biden won? I have traveled over 3,000 miles and only 5 Biden posters. Hummmm???

In other EXCITING news. Julia Kehoe is on her way back to Indiana for good!!! Thanks to Matt Fields for bringing our girl home. I can hardly wait for my hugs. See photo at bottom.
