Pilot Knob, MO to Eminence, MO – 70mi, 11.1mph, +5482ft elevation gain

Friends.  It’s HOT.  Absolutely beautiful terrain.  A wee bit mountainous, lots of National Park lands.  This morning was nice and cool. We are starting earlier and earlier to heat the heat.  We didn’t quite get that done. Finished in 96 degrees. Jocelynn is my rock star keeping me hydrated amd sun screened.  

I’m not sure if any of you have ever just listened to birds songs.  It is so incredible to hear each one and their unique song.  To think of all of the species God created and how each one has a unique song all its own.  Incredible.  Now there folks is more evidence of our amazing Heavenly Father’s love for us.
